Closed loop Inhibitor

ChemWorld 881 is a closed water system treatment program in liquid form. The product contains a combination of phosphonate, molybdate, silicate, and azole formulated to minimize corrosion and deposition. ChemWorld 881 is designed for ÒopenÓ closed systems where nitrite can not be used. It is compatible with glycol heat transfer fluids.

How do you feed this chemical?
ChemWorld 881 is normally shot fed. The product is normally added directly from the shipping container. Feeders, piping, and valves should be made of steel, polyethylene, or PVC. Treatment control ranges vary depending on system operating conditions.

ChemWorld 881 is controlled by a molybdate test. The technical specialist servicing the facility will provide specific treatment control levels based on system conditions. How is this product stored?
Keep in a tightly closed container. Store indoors. Recommended storage temperature is 50° F - 105° F (10° C - 40° C). Do not reuse container. Dispose of empty container in compliance with federal, state/provincial and local laws and regulations.

The raw materials are stocked and this product is manufactured to order per ISO specifications. Lead time on production is 4 to 7 days. Product ships from our Virginia manufacturing partner.
