The Single Stenner Proportional Injection System doses solution that is proportional to the system flow rate based on water volume. The water meter sends a signal to the PCM which actuates the pump. The system is suited for constant pressure (variable speed) well pumps, poultry and livestock houses, irrigation, systems with demand based backup wells and any application with varying flow rates.

The primary components are the PCM (pages 30 & 31), Classic Series single head fixed output pump (pages 2-7) and a 3/4" dry contact bronze water meter (page 33). The components are pre-assembled on a panel and include
wall mounting brackets for quick installation and equipment accessibility. The cabinet keeps the cords and wires contained. Unions provide easy installation and removal. A flow indicator (page 44) is also installed as a visual reference to confirm solution is pumping. The Proportional Injection System is available as a Single or a Dual with two pumps, and two PCMs.

Examples:

If you choose a PCM5 and 752P, the pump can be on for 0.5 to 5 seconds per 1/2 gallon.
If you choose a PCM5 and 754P, the pump can be on for 0.5 to 5 seconds per 1/4 gallon.
