What is a Neptune VTF-5HP by pass feeder?
Neptune VTF-5HP By-Pass Feeders are a convenient method of introducing treatment chemicals into closed circulating water systems. Neptune By-Pass Feeders are ideal for treating hot and chilled water circulating loops used in heating and air conditioning systems, process heating and cooling or large engine water jackets.

What pressure can a by pass feeder be used at?
These units are rated to 300 psi.

How do I install a by pass feeder?
The inlet water must enter through the bottom and outlet through the top. Always secure the unit before using. The "VTF" models must sits directly on the floor and must be secured prior to using. The "VTF" is a vertical style with dish bottom "in". More information can be found on the product bulletin.

What is the capacity of these units?
This unit has a 5 gallon capacity. 2 gallon, 10 gallon, and 12 gallon units may also be orders. This unit should be installed in mid-size water volume systems.

Do by pass feeders come with a filter bag kit or filter big?
Optional Filter Bag Kit may be be purchased. The rating on these filter bags is 30 micron.
