Neptune Mixers
Batch Mixer series Neptune BN are designed for mall mixing applications. They are designed for low viscosity fluids. They are easily mounted a slip proof clamp that will prevent the mixer from hitting the tank side. It can be easily installed with angled on or off centered positions without the use of tools. The coupling is fully enclosed. Motors comes as explosion proof, TEFC, or with air motors. Propellers and shafts come in standard size in either 316 stainless steel or Carpenter C-20 materials.
A and B Neptune Mixer Series are designed for low viscosity fluids. The motor mounts accepts 48 and 56 frame foot mounted motors. The motors come as explosion proof, TEFC, or as air motors. 316 stainless steel standard propellers and shaft materials. The clamp adjusts on an angle.
Gear Drive clamped Neptune Series JG mixers are designed for heavy duty applications. These models come with a gearbox and with no clutches to slip or wear. Stainless steel single propeller and dual propeller and shafts are optional. All JG Neptune mixer shaft bearings are permanently lubricated. Variable speed drives may be purchased. The housing is made of aluminum. These units come with a 1/3 HP through 2 HP.
Gear Drive Flange Mount Heavy Helical Gear Neptune JGF series comes at 350 rpm and is compact for most mixing applications. It also comes with a gear box, so no slipping occurs. Single propeller and dual propeller Neptune JGF mixer come standard. Optional coatings such as rubber, PVC or Teflon may be ordered. Motors are options include TEFC, explosion proof enclosures, and air motors. All shaft bearings are permanently lubricated. Standard 6 inch stainless steel and carbon steel mounting flanges are optional with the 8", 10", 12" or 14" flanges.
Direct Drive Mixer Neptune JD Series come with as clamp or cup mounted with at 1750 rpm. 316 stainless steel single propeller and dual propellers and shafts are standard. Coatings such as rubber, PVC or Teflon are optional. Neptune JD series mixers have adjustable angles ball-and-socket designs. Motors come in TEFC, explosion proof enclosures or in air motors.
HAJ Series Neptune Pail Mixers are ideal for mixing materials in 5 gallon pails and other open containers. The mixer clamps to a vertical 1 1/2" pipe. The air control valve may be used for speed adjustment. Order an optional folding propeller.
Rim Clamp Neptune Pail Mixer are ideal for closed 5 gallon pails. The motor handle assembly is adjustable. Features. the electric motor comes with an on/off switch and the air motor comes with a control speed valve.
