What are Chemical Injection Quills?
High Pressure Injection Quills are used to inject chemicals pumped by metering pumps into the turbulent flow zone of high pressure water or steam lines. They are commonly used to inject boiler chemicals nto the feed water line or for feeding amines into the steam header.

What are the specifications on these injection quill?
They may be used up to 3,000 psi and come with an optional built-in check valve. These injection quills come in PVC, Kynar, 316SS and C-20. ChemWorld also inventories 1/4" and 3/8" diameter that are used to inject the chemical from the chemical metering pump pvc hosing.
